This annual event is hosted by the Downtown Development Authority, McMorran Place, Port Huron Parks & Recreation, and the Chilly Fest Committee – made of community members.

Saturday, Feb 8: PENGUIN RACES
So what are Penguin Races, you may ask?
Teams of two, 1 pulling and 1 sledding, against other teams around the outdoor McMorran ice rink while wearing hilariously themed costumes. Sound fun, right?! Teams have a chance to win an epic trophy and prizes from local businesses.
