Chili Cook-off
Saturday, February 7 • Noon – 4pm
Our chili cook-off turned into a chili “crawl”! Purchase tickets and sample chili from multiple restaurants in Downtown Port Huron to find out which one is your favorite!
NEW FOR 2026 – We are allowing outside restaurants, ones that are not located in downtown, to compete in the chili competition! They will be located inside Wrigley for the People’s Choice prize. Must be a licensed establishment – send us a copy of license, bring a thermometer, chemical strips, and prep the chili at your own establishment.
$10 for 10+ samples
*Tickets available online or in person at McMorran Plaza*
When you purchase tickets online ahead of time, you'll go to the pre-purchase line at the information table to get your wristband and voting card – pre-buying will give you faster entrance!
Chili Judging
People's Choice voting takes place on Saturday, February 7 from noon - 4pm.
Judge's Choice is determined after a blind taste judging of each chili on a 50-point scale. The five categories (10 points each) include color, aroma, consistency, taste, and aftertaste.
**We will announce the winner of this competition at Wrigley Center at 6 PM**
